Bremner Ridge sits at the highest point in the whole of Flat Bush region, hence there are views literally from all four directions. The whole project is split by the main road that will also serve as a connection between Tuscany Estate and main stream Flat Bush.

This main road is intersected by two side roads that provide the access to al 315 lots in three entry points:

  • Michael Bosher Way
  • Flat Bush School Road
  • McQuoids Road
    Enjoying the country surrounds and the vantage point, the masterplan sets the mood up by enforcing design guidelines for residents in order to preserve and promote the country heritage of the site.

Essentially the masterplan incorporates country lifestyle themes and projects them into the mainstream medium density residential lot, this makes Bremner Ridge a unique development.

At delivery the project is deemed to have 315 sites of various sizes. In the simplest of terms, the residential sections are formed at the peak of the hill that is rebranded as Bremner Ridge and is surrounded by all lifestyle sections.
